Nowadays there are so many software options for your business, and it can be difficult to find options that really are worth the money. Obviously the majority of us use Microsoft Office on a daily basis which is hard to beat. I recently purchased an Apple Macbook Air which doesn’t have a CD drive, which is indication of where software is going. Now before you start reading the review, I want to assure you that these software solutions are user friendly. Please don’t think “oh these are not for me, I am useless with technology.” They are built with you in mind, and the great thing is, if you do get stuck they all have amazing customer support. You can actually get in contact with a real, live human being via the website.
OK this program is GREAT! Really it is. I have used it extensively and love it. Something I really don’t enjoy is putting together invoices on Excel. I find it cumbersome and they never look that great in my opinion. In FreshBooks you can create professional looking invoices with such ease and send them to your client with a click of a button. The feature to check when the invoices have been viewed is excellent…for those tricky customers. They can even pay through the invoice, using your preferred payment system! Other features such as time tracking and expense tracking are all user friendly and because its all online you can work anywhere. Perfect. I really ‘recommend this software guys and you can try it for free for 30 days.

Online stores used to be difficult to set up and start. Nowadays with companies such as Shopify thats no longer the case. With ease of use in mind’, you can sign up, choose a template, and start adding your products. Once this is done you can track how many people come to your store, manage orders, and payments all on the the go via your computer or mobile phone.
You are even able to integrate Shopify with Facebook. Selling your products on Facebook? A massively powerful feature! If you are thinking “yes this all sounds great but I don’t know how to receive payments, don’t you need a Merchant account or a Payment gateway system?” Don’t worry about this. Use Paypal. It’s excellent. I use it all the time and it is so easy to use. Nowadays everyone buying online knows it, and they will be very happy to use it. One last thing, you can integrate your Shopify store with your Freshbooks account. Easy!
